Hi & Upgrade Sat Nav question

Hi and thank you being so welcoming.

I have a quick question:
A friend has a (UK) 53 reg Tino, she also has the DVD sat-nav system.

She is constantly complaining about the Sat Nav and it's doesn't find her roads, etc.

Can anyone tell me if there has been a DVD update?

I guess you need a updated DVD/CD don't go to nissan as they will charge you a arm and a leg try ebay

I have called the local delaer and he needs all the numbers of the existing DVD.
I just need to know if there's been an update to the NavTeq software since in was released?

I did take a look at eBay, but some say their version are compatible and some say they're not!

I cannot find any concise compatibility and version information on the web.
