Also my almera wont tick over and performance appears slightly flat in comparison to what it used to be, anyone got any ideas?

Bit of an open question there. Get it to a garage, could be lots of things, MAF (Quite a few N16's have MAF troubles on here), Fuel issues, Boost leak?
