HID in Primera?????

borrowing my mums car for the day or two as mine is broken at he moment

and i put her headlights on and driving down the road and signs appear white as per usual, but then we get a flicker of blue n purple

looked at the lights when we pulled up and they arnt bulbts there in a bluey/purple dome.

are these HID??

they seem pretty decent lights but then when u put the full beam on what i though was the headlight lights up and that seems to be a normal bulb

I know the primera P11 144 came with option HIDs. I had a problem the other week when I turn on the head light and both of them will turn on and then a few mins later one of them turn off. I thought it was grounding but it was not a mate gave me a set of H7's and I swapped them both round and they never turned off since.

oh yeha my bulbs were not burnt
 
HID were standard on the Sport+ & SE+ primera, I had them on my Sport+ & there were awesome really bright at night self leveling too
