High RPM at idle

Hello,
I recently bought a Nissan Almera N16 1.5 16v(72kw),year 2004 with 114.000km and i have problem with High RPM at idle.
So when i driving my almera and I step on the clutch pedal or i stop ,the rpm drop to 1100 and after 10-20 seconds drop to normal rpm (850).
Is this normal or not? I have electronic hitachi throttle body, withaut gas cable.
Throttle butterfly is clean and all vacum hoses are good, no air leaks, my obd2 reader is reading all ok.
Where is located Idle Speed Sensor to clean it? Inside el. throttle body?
So I do not know what could be wrong.
Anyone can know what could be wrong?
Regards

Yeah nothing worth worrying about.

If you're majorly concerned then clean the IACV (idle control valve) which can be found on the intake manifold but personally id just leave it.

Hello,
I did not find IACV (idle control valve). Where is located?
Is it inside Hitachi throttle body?It can not bee open so it is only new one for fixing idle problem.
I will leave it, it is best choise. :D
