Hi all, just thought I'd introduce maself. Names Bhavesh but prefer to be called Bav for short. Kinda new here but then i'm not lol. Was on here about year ago when I had a gorgeous red SRI 5Door with GTI kit which looked mint till I smashed it into an electric pylon :evil: Since I wrote the car off I've wanted nothing other than another SRI. thought about GTI but not practical with baby seats etc so I've been drivin around in a cheap, shitty, cheerful Renault Megane (I feel sick even saying megan) :rasp:. But now I've bagged maself a stunnin 5 door white SRI P2. :D:D:D:D:D Gotta go pick it up tomo in afternoon after work. Can't wait. It's totally standard at mo. Got loads of plans and ideas for it. Hope you guys can help me on ma way to mod the Beast.

I'm not gonna have any more encounters with electric pylons thats for sure lol

I wanna put P1 GTI skirt and rear bumper firstly, then light smoked tints (not 100% sure if wanna tint tho), Want set of GTI alloys, De-handle back doors Few engine mods and I've seen a 5door on here with part of doors painted black. Looks mint. Wouldn't mind set of GTI headlights but can't justify cost if current lights work and look fine. Really wanna De-globe indicators first mod on list.
 
Oh I wanna put GTI front discs on to then in future do rear conversion to discs. long way till summer when i wanna do all this so got time to save some doe :-)

I remember you! Yeah it was a damn shame about your old car, what happened to it after the accident? Hope your new one goes ok.
 
LOL Hi mate. I tried gettin car back from insurance to fix but they said its a Cat B write off (beyond economic repair and not fit for ever going back on road) so they gonna crush it!! So I tried to get the bits (kit etc) from the car and I'd scrap the car and send them proof of scrappin but they wouldn't let me. In the end the Barstuards scrapped me car without me takin bits off. Last I heard it was in a scrapyard way way up north near sunderland I think. Hopefully the bits were stripped and made of use rather than all being crushed. Yeah I hope the new one goes good to. Love Almera SRI's, thats why I held out so long for the right one again. Still undecided if I prefer red or white tho.
 
Loving the white mate :thumb: Colour coding the handles and bump strip is a must! :) Welcome back to mera driving :D
