get my black bit near the number plate surround off. i bought a ph2 numberplate surround to replace my ph1 holding

take the plastics off on the inseld of the boot lid and theres just a couple of bolts mate. think thats all like. how much you pay for your ph2 surround?

really struggling to get them off as there are plastic clips in which the plastic covers slide into and there's no way of sliding the out. i paid £25 and its the same colour as my car

Take the interior boot panel off. 1 screw in the handle and the rest is just clips. (you will have to use some force!!)

Once that's off you'll see 3 nut's you have to undo (10mm i think). Then the trim will just pull off from the outside.

When fitting the phase 2 surround, i think you'll have to drill some holes to secure it (i'm not 100% sure on this though)

yeah there are some more holding clips on the ph2 surround so maybe just drill 1 to hold it in place in the middle. im guessing im going to break a few of these clips whether i like it or not!
