Alright Folks,
Been reading the forum for a while now but wanted to wait until I got another Almera before posting. Last weekend to a run from Livingston where I stay (just outside Edinburgh) to Great Crosby to pick up my new pride n' joy - a 1999 black GTI with full factory bodykit and FSH! Nothing like a 250 mile trip to Scotland to get used to a car huh!
Not that I needed much getting used to a Nissan - I've previously owned an Almera SI (N-plate) Almera SRI (N-plate) and Primera SE (M-plate). Took a break from nissans for a couple of years and got a Pug 306 HDI then sold that for a Golf GTI but neither of these compared to the driver feedback and ultimate reliability of an Almera so I had to get another!
I'm planning on keeping the looks of the car pretty standard and defo keeping the original alloys on. Quick question, has anyone fitted 205/50/15 to the alloys before? I really need to change the ones that are on there just now cos they don't hold the road worth a shit it the wet!!
Cheers guys
