How easy to change ?

Hi all,
i was looking at a Nissan Almera 1.8 Sport + 2001 and it still has a Cassette player but it also has a 6 CD changer aswell and i was just wondering if i decide to get it or one like it how easy is it to take the cassette player out and the CD changer ? and do i need any new wires i know that i will need a new face for the centre dash so i can fit a new CD player, is this what i need http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/260797396464 ??

That's what I used to change my standard cd player to an aftermarket one, mine didn't have a cassette player though but I think it should still be the same
