How much to repair this rear inner arch?

Corrosion cut out and plates welded in. How much should I be looking at?

Hour labour max I would say to just patch it but the rot starts from the other side so personally I would want that side doing too

When you take the rear quarter panel out and aim your camera back towards the inner wheel arch tub you see this. Its not pretty.

And then hiding behind the rear quarter panel itself you can find this-
