How to do de badge the sidedoor thingy?

hey im new ere i have got almera n15 esteem 16v, there is black thing on door i want to get rid of those thingy but how? and im not sure if the door are smooth or little gap for the black thing fit in?

they are smooth, use a hair dryer to warm up the glue and pull them off, then prepare to have fun removing the glue underneath : )

theres no grooves nothing, but its a bitch trying to get rid of the glue under it at times.
