How to unlock 2004 Tino rear centre seat belt buckles?

I just bought a 2004 Almera Tino (Acenta), and don't know how to unlock the rear centre belt buckles, once I insert the anchor into the buckle. The exact model is shown below.

Is there a special key needed to open them up?

Yeah, use the ignition key. Just push it into the little slot on the top and the buckle will be.free.
