Driving through a set of gates to go fix my friends clio, car being so low, hit the metal stump in the middle where the gates shut onto, pulled the strengthening brace that runs from side to side at the back of the car, clean off the car :-( . .. didnt half make some noise :-( n

stewarty04, is getting me his brace off his scrapped gti :) and i have a guy who is going to weld the beam back in where it needs, and install new bolt and bolt holes, and re-strengthen it

Bit of a fuck up if ya ask me, but mistakes will be made . . .

Will get images of the damage etc tomorrow, to let people know what can be done lol!

Had mine off the other weekend, so am not expecting your floor to be a pretty sight. :(
 
believe it or not, the floor pan is sweet no dents luckily enuff , there was no damage done underneath only where it pulled the bolts out, which is being re-welded :( feel like shit about it tho lol
