i wont a 5 door gti

so dose any one now if the 2.0 git n15 engine will fit straight on the 1.4 n15 gngine mowns or is it diffrent.
it seems a bit of a made thing to do but i dont wont the 3door :)
 
sorry about the speling i have dislexer. :) yah that is wot i ment :)
it is mint did he put the gti in to the car like :)

Give it a go and let us know :roll:
 
its pretty easy,

easiest way is to buy a gti as a donner car and you will have all the bits there, including the rear axle for a rear brake conversion (unless you were lucky enough to get rear disk brakes as standard)

there's holes already on the car for the different mount positions, so no drilling etc required.

good point mate. mine hasnt got any holes at all, where as sprints did i think?!

engine mounts i mean

the only one thats different is the gear box mount under the battery, the other mounts use the same positions as the GA positions

the bar that goes under the car has different mounts also but it connects to the car using the same fixing points

yah that is cool well i have started looking for a rightne off gti with a body damage

sound chav more than dyslexic

none the less good look with the project.
