gots a problem
when i listen to my stereo, it sounds as if all the sound is coming from the left, and doesn't sound central. And i dont know if its me, but the right tweater sounds a bit ummmmm........flat, i can still hear the right speakers, but not enough to make the sound central
have i blown something up?

It really depends on your set-up and what you are listening to. I had the very same problem trying to set mine up. First off, don't use any kind of dance music CD, go for something with good instrementals and clear vocals, I used Dido and Kate Bush.
Secondly, try some radical altering of the balance as well. If you still can't get a 'stage' then maybe something is wrong!
