Induction kit?

Hi guy's. I'm looking for an induction kit for my N15 GTi. I have seen some people on here with a polished pipe from the inlet manifold to the AFM and a cone on the end. Does anyone have any details on this?

The Apexi filter is considered the best by many, I have one and so does Rowdy I believe.

Best bet though is to make a heat shield (like Rowdy's) that comes across the engine bay reducing the hot air from the engine.

I made one last night and there is a difference that's for sure, also de-flects the cold air from the feed back into the filter as it wont pass through the metal.
 
Nice. Probably wont make a heatsheild tbh. My bro' had a sealed box in his micra turbo and that made no difference at all. Just need the pipe with the outlets for the breathers.

It only has one breather pipe mount. you can either put a T peice in the two breather pipes and connect it that way, or buy a small breather filter that can go on the rocker cover and connect the other breather pipe to the mount on the induction pipe.
