Hi. I have a 2003 N16 Almera S. The car does not come with audio controls on the steering wheel. I wanted to see what my options were in regards to changing the st. wheel or getting aftermarket controls.?
Since a lot of parts must be changed, i think it will be hard to use original system for your car. Also it is unnecessary. Because you probably can't use original controls with any aftermarket music player. So i recommend you to buy a wireless steering control unit.
