ive just made a claim through my insurance where it was the other drivers fault, they are coming tomorrow to pick up my car for repair.

however i am stresing for 2 reasons i got 3 points on my licence for speeding about a year ago and i dont think i ever called them up to tell them. if worse comes to worse i will tell them my dad phoned up when i first got the points to notify them so it should be on their system.

secondly, they asked me whether my car has been modded in anyway. i said no but i do have alloys although they havent been damaged. i would tell them the car came with these if i need to.

what do you guys think, should i be worried?

TBH if it is a non-fault claim, ie the other driver's insurance is paying for it, I don't think you have much to worry about in this particular instance. Although the better option may have been going through one of these company's that acts as the middleman on behalf of non-fault drivers and deals with the other driver's company, rather than your own insurance. (I can't remember any names, but you don't pay for anything, they charge all their services to the other driver's insurance. I did this and it was brilliant, got a free courtesy car delivered to my door and mine picked up).

At the very worst your insurance will notice the discrepancies and tell you they're not covering you, but if it's the other driver's fault, then that doesn't matter at this time. But I'm no expert, that's just my personal experience.

You're quite lucky it wasn't your fault though, otherwise you could have been left to foot the bill for not telling them about your points.

Never give any insurance company any reason not to pay out whether it's your company or someone else, cos there's no reason having insurance otherwise. Declare everything.
