Interior trim question

Right, I`m going to finally get my new speakers and amp in tomorrow....
I need to fit new tweeters.
I`m assuming its a case of prising out the trim panels that they sit in, so is it brute force, or are they easy to break?
 
take the door seal off, get your fingers behind the trim and pull from the top, they're pretty hard so won't break.

Good luck getting your tweeters behind them though, the stock ones are tiny.
