Is a N16 sport the same as a nissan sentra?

Ok....I am trying to find as many aftermarket parts as possible and i have not had much luck...Every time i seem to look for something a sentra pops up and i seem to be able to get parts for it but not my n16. Will all parts from sentra work or is it a totaly different car?

eck ith theparts for the thye b15 work bu7t chuck with the b125 sentra/net forum and they wil know...k sorrry drunk, join upn lotson here too.

Ooo err yeah sorry about that! I'm actually ok this morning but then I've had two cups of coffee.

Translation:

Yeah most of the parts for the B15 will work but check with the B15sentra.net forum and they will know. The chassis is pretty much the same. What sort of thing were you thinking? Off the top of my head the Nismo control arm and bushings fit the N16, strut brace, rear 'sway' bar. Front nismo sway may be tricky as there's a varience between the SE-R and lesser versions but the N16 might have a lot of stuff that comes with the SE-R from what I've seen so it may well fit. There's a risk with shipping parts over so you might end up being a guinea pig but worth a shot :D I for one want the Nismo short shifter which should work with the diesel's 6 speed box.

Thats much better thanks :P

I am after everything...I want high lift cams, Exhuast minafold, Lightend flywheels and front and rear splitters and side skirts...I am finding all this hard to find. I want the car as quick as i can get it without putting in a turbo. (It might come last :D )

Hahahahahahahahah at the first response ED!!! LMFAO.

The bits are difficult to find buddy, there's not many options unfortunately as at the end of the day, the N16 was never supposed to be the modifiers car of choice. You can interchange a lot of the stuff chassis wise with the B15 sentra i.e. coilovers / suspension / strut bars etc but not too much is the same with ref bodywork.

Cams - No idea. They do cams for the 1.8 b15 sentra in the US and I think they use the same engine...
Manifold - There's a few about...mostly from the US, but JPerformance do one in the UK.
Lightened Flywheels - Not seen any off the shelf items, but you could send yours away to be machined by a specialist
Front splitter - A few people have had a go with the Seat Cupra R splitter. I think it looks decent on p1 and p2 n16's. There's a few front splitters that go with all round bodykits but IMO most of them are overkill. Darren1987(insert more numbers) has a motordrome one or something? There is an EXTREMELY rare MSDESIGN kit which looks the dog's danglies on the P1's
Rear Splitters - see above ref bodykits. I think there's rear spats you can get from europe which are sort of like the N15 VZ-R ones, but i've never been able to source these.
Skirts - The standard Sport splitters are the best looking skirts imo and you can still get them from nissan / off cars in scrap yards. They are not common though and quite hard to get hold of. Also see above ref bodykits.

The stuff is there, you just need to look much harder for it.
