i'll be doing some stuff to my engine bay for JAE, just got to get some bits. As you can see the plates are now gone (Avatar) the big one cracked (getting a different one) and the dizzy cover one needs something doing to it

nothing there yet, but there will be some ducting taking the air up to the filter. Just waiting for my indicator

id assume he cut a square out and bent it inwards and plastic welded it - just a hunch :roll:
 
both wrong, cause i didn't do it ;)
shift is basically right, although i dont know the full process, its not very hard to do, but is effective and not no OTT
 
Like the vent now the bumpers on the car. However got one observation is that i cant believe that you`ve done all that work to the car and forgot the cheapest thing to do e.g. deglobing the indicators. Anyway lookin well sweet
 
lol, yeh that is next on the egenda.
Just waiting for my vented indicator, will be done then.
Also got to re-mesh the grill
it was all rushed. Its going in soon to be all done, little dents and stuff and have the car buffed
 
Looked sweet in the flesh when I saw it Saturday!! Like the boxes you had covering everything aswell! ;)

And wats all this about plastic welding, i take it its a specialist job???

Liked that!!! Very nice, looks better....only way to improve P2 bumper?.......Maybe!!

thanks mate
plastic welding was for the air intake in the side of the bumper, but it was plastic welded. Was just fiber glassed

the spliter thing was a wierd thing to get used too. It looks strange in the pics, but looks really nice in the flesh
