Just got myself a GTI

Hi all, Just got myself a phase 1 almera GTI so i thought i would join the forum, also got other nissans which i love just as much

Iv been working on this one for a year now and im nearly done

awww 2 of my favorite cars the primera and the GTI-r.

Its not actually a GTIR but a stadard sunny, i paid £100 for it a year ago and rebuilt the car from scratch and dropped in a ga16de engine with a 1.4 gearbox, its very quick for a 1.6, take a look at what it used to look like when i got it

Kudos for the turn around on the sunny, wou will have every mofo trying to race you in that though.

i didn't tink it was a real GTi-R for some reason. maybe the primera front bumper, no rear head rest, roof aerial in wrong place, no wheel arch lips and different bonnet vents. v tidy car tho, oh yeah welkom.

its been hard work but i guess its worth it in the end, it will be on the road soon with its first MOT since 2005, then its on with the next project, my phase 1 almera GTI which im trying to find parts for at the moment.
