Right I've seen this one in Exeter by Rileys a few times, but was going along the A38 to work today and overtook him, I think he had just pulled onto the A38 off the sliproad, he swings out behind me, hoofs it and practically goes up my exhaust pipe. I was pulling out of the way anyway but he sailed past about an inch from my wing mirror and off in to the sunset where he undertook two cars and exitted the next slip road at about 90.
What a cock end
