Locked out of car please help

After having earth problems on the 2006 1.5 almera and after cleaning a
L connections and greasing all was well until today, drove and locked car at work, went to go home and central locking not working, can't get into car as it has no key locks to open doors. Can anyone help me I'm really stuck
 
It does have a key lock. Passenger front door handle, theres a little cap covering the lock. Prize the cap out with a key and you can unlock the door manually.

It will only open the passenger front door though, you will need to lean across and open the rest of the car on the button on the drivers door.
 
Ok thanks dint know that at all.
If the car won't start is there anything I can try, does the central locking fail stop the car from starting
