Looking at an N15 GTI tomorrow

Hey names Craig from edinburgh
So I had a gti a while back (Black with stickerbombed front wing) and since then iv went through a prelude vti and then a celica gt-4 st205 and after selling it a couple of months back im looking for a new project and I really want another N15 gti so im off to look at one tomorrow any things i should be looking out for in particular.
 
Rust in the rear arches, rust in the front arches, rust under the carpets in the boot, especially near the seatbelt mounts, rust under the sideskirts, seized calipers, stretched timing chain.
 
I would but your abit far away from me and this one is just down the road il see what this one is like tomorrow then go from there
 
so I couldn't go view it today because the guy had something come up im rescheduling the viewing for tomorrow or friday
on another note does anyone know the were abouts of a black gti reg plate R526 KBR
