i like the jdm grills as mentioned above, but you could always go and modify your current one, think a few of the lads on here have done it and they look very very nice!
Grilles are easy to swap... and once you know how to do it, no clips should ever be broken... I think I put up a bit of a guide as to how to do it properly somewhere...
It changes the front of the car a fair bit.. I've been flat out recently but I've also got some other grilles at the moment that I'll post pics of in my original thread.. Zetetic can sell his grille first though...

The main ones you can get:
Phase 1 with slats
Phase 2 with mesh
Mesh only (Often homemade!)
JDM (Bar-type grille)
Lucino (Similar to mesh, open mouthed stylee, very rare)
VZR (Horizontal and vertical bar grille)

There's 8 factory grilles in total... basically all of the above apart from the mesh only
