lowered my almera gti 40mm now theres a creeking noise from the front left

lowered my almera 40mm about a month ago since then im getting a loud creeking noise from the front left when its like its compressing any ideas i might strip that side the day and have a look as its doin my head in

Hi mate does the noise happen when you are turning if so you may need to grease the top mount where the spring sits this is what happened to mine before i fitted the coilovers. The spring may be sticking greasing it should do the trick.

if it does it when the steerings on full lock they might not be seeted properly, if its when its compresing, greasing may help. mine do it too but not enouhg to bother me, pi's i got and i dont think it would be an issue with eibach as they have rubber sleeving in the tops

yeah its pi i got its when im say coming in my drive and hitting small bumps , when the springs compressing sounds like a rubbery creek lol so im guessing its where the springs sit in the top and bottom on the rubber mounts , so what do uz suggest new rubber mounts or just take the springs n shokies off compress the springs a bit and greese the top n bottom ?
