Lowering springs and 20mm Spacers

Im just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction.

im looking at lowering my n15 gti and putting some spacers on the front and back.

Can anybody recommend any and where to find them?

Also what kind of price am i looking at for good quality coilovers?

Motorsportworld for spacers get 25mm ones as they bolt on as opposed to slip on needing to fit extemded studs etc. Coilovers are not going to give you much change from 700 pounds

by experience spacers for the wheels are avoided because it causes vibrations, and changes the dimension of support, it is better now to use wheels with a different offset!
