cheers.

Doesnt look like it!

Would have to have a bit of work done to fill gap in. Have to see them from the side aswell. Might stick out too much

yeah definatley some work needed if im correct the lights on the overevs almera are maxima conversion(just the outer half though).

the flamera has maxima rear lights, if im not wrong. by the looks of some of the pictures the tailgate has had to have been slightly widened to close a gap. sounds like a lot of work to get them on. you can see on this picture that they dont follow they shape of the original mera boot perfectly.

I thought they were propper Lexus IS200 lights?

someone told me they were off a maxima, just that bit in the picture obv, as the other bit on the tailgate is round. in the pic they look exactly the same as the maxima lights posted at the very top on the thread. maybe im wrong tho

I thought they were lexus, someone said they were maxima and something else so who knows!?

So look like maxima top ones tho

Wouldnt think it would be easy to just buy them & stick em in mind, They'll be a right twat & blending them in , or altering the shell to accomodate them will have to be done pretty well if you dont want any cracks etc appearing.

Right guys, heres the answers to all ya questions

Yes mine are the lights above (good spot gadger) ;)

The only reason anyone woulda thought they were lexus is200 lights is cos they are carbon look lexus style maxima rears but in actual fact the genuine lexus rears are fucking huge in comparison  And yes the genuine lexus' are what Ben used when he fitted them to the ex-overrevs wide arch almera

As for fitting these beauts i bought em cos i thought they'd be a straight forward swap, how wrong could i be?! the inner lights are too deep to fit in the mera tailgate meaning you'd have to opt for a different option, the outers do fit but you need to cut the rear quarter panels to match the sharp front corner of the lights and recreate a different angle of the boot line as the maximas are shorter and have sharper angled side. This also means you'll need to extend your tailgate approximately 1.5" either side to meet the light and have a flush fit. Oh an the lights have a swage line in them (see pic) sort of how the phase 2s are but the line swoops in so to make it a professional looking job you'd have to recreate this look in your tailgate- definitely not an easy job

So to wrap it up not an easy job (well not as easy as i first thought lol) but a unique look
