'Multimedia' Sub-Folder

As title says.

Maybe a 'Multimedia' Sub-folder would be a good idea? So people can post links to video clips etc. Just noticed that most people (not a dig) post anything like that in the 'Funnies' section - regadless to whether it's funny or not...

Just an idea...

Hmmm what other types of media would you want to put up? either its funny or it goes on one of the forums surely ?

For instance, I'm sure I seen on here a link to a video of a TVR drag bike? It's not funny, nor its it a members ride/newbie etc. The place it really fits would be general. But if everyone was to start putting links to stuff in the gereral section it get a dig untidy - the general section already gets about 5+ new topics a day.

I was thinking more of somewhere to post clips of stuff that would be of interest for people to see, i.e. The TVR drag bike, the old Almera TV advert, some rally driver giving tips on powerslides - stuff like that.

I realise if its a link to a video, it should really goe in the 'links' section, but surely it should be kept for links to other site that are wholey of use, not just one video clip.

Nah funny is the place for things like this. in the redesign i'll re comment it so that it says multimedia ok.
