Got my new gti a few months ago and thought id post up a few pics.
it needed a bit of work when i got it, but is coming along gradually. Ive added a few touches like...
wind deflectors,
cup holder,
alloys,
repaired the grill,
degloded and clear side repeaters,
painted rocker cover,
painted coolant expansion tank,
fitted alloy intake and k&n
bee sting arial
painted strut brace and nuts & bolts
im just waiting on a door to be delivered for the passengers side as this one has a dent at the top of the door.

looks good, cant you get the door repaired? id spray the mesh in the grill black to match the wheels, and maybe remove the badge from in there, other than that its cool

I found a door, same colour as the car for cheaper than it would cost to have the dent repaired :)
 
Thats my old car you got there mate ;) :cool:
sold to a kiddy who had it for 2 months,but couldnt get insured on it,so he sold it on

yah thats what he told me, i got it from a young lad in maidstone. :)
