I finally decided to try some Meguiar's car care products. I think I had always been put off before due to the picture of that ned sitting by his Skyline (their advert) in Japanese car mags. Anyway, I was really impressed with the results:

So shiny my camera couldn't handle the glare :lol2: :lol2:

I used Meguiar's three stage system. I didn't know what would give better results - that or their Gold Class stuff, but I ended up buying the three stage system.

very clean GTi you have mate whats involved in that three stage system!? i'm used to just using autoglym probucts!

Its basically a wash, then polish finally followed by a wax. I always used to use Autoglym stuff too (mainly because someone bought me a set). Theres nothing wrong with Autoglym, but I find the Meguiars polish is superior.

the 3 stage system is good for the price of it, your better with that than just the gold class really as with the 3 stage one you have cleaned, polished and waxed the paintwork instead of just a wax. i use to use the first 2 steps of the 3 stage one and then gold class, that worked well aswell but tbh i dont use much of the meguiars stuff anymore, it is good though.
