My New Wheels!

Since I'm yet to see any of my N15s and I crashed my old one months ago.. I can only get excited about little purchases!!

And these wheels have excited me fairly enough!! They'll be going on a black VZ-R that'll be lowered on Tein HAs...

Mmmm those wheels are GORGEOUS!

I bet thats one expensive coffee table!! Make sure not to spill anything on it! ;)

they're 17x7 (7" is our max legal width limit)
offset is +42

the nuts aren't RAYS.. but nice enough anyway...

and you don't want to know the price... you'd murder me... ;) lets just say it was a good deal.. :D

So even with, say 19" wheels, 7" wide is the max, or is that just for 17".

'legally' we can go 1" wider than stock max width...

so since N15 Rims are 15x6 we can go to 7 wide...
and in terms of size... we have a limit on varying the rolling diameter

but you can get away easily with wider wheels... and if you get caught then you just pay to get them engineered so that they say "yep.. thats fine for the car"

a seen a sweet pair of deep dish 16 x 8's..would you get away with 8"" on a pulsar/almera? not legally but would you get a full turning circle or rubbing ?anyone ever tried wheels this wide..i reckon they would look mean

I think NeilSR has 8" wide on his...

If you want to get some phat looking wheels then go for a lower offset.. One of the guys here has some Bronze Volk CE28Ns in 16 x 7 with a +33 offset that pushes them out a fair bit!
