Well instead of filling up the what have you done thread i thought i would give this its own little build page lol

since it has transformed quite a bit since i first bought it.

The car it self to start with was a bit worse for wear!

ALL 4 arches were rusted some worse than others was a non body kit model shabby interior no stereo etc, was idling badly.

so the pics from when it first started

so i firstly sanded back the paint of the rust to see how bad it was.. not as bad as it could be -
2 new wings and rear arches to sort out! - sills were kool..

so next step was to see how bad the actually body work was as i didnt want to have to respray the whole car.

so gave the body work a cut and polish to see how it came up

Wow nice to see it being cared for as so many people would have just broken it down.:thumb:

And it's such a transformation.

i dont break all of them!

just the ones that are shot to far!

if something has a solid base then i will rebuild it!

if chassis rails or sills etc are gone to much then no point putting the man hours into it IMO..

mines got some rust coming through if you want to give a fellow aocer some free love

i dont mind having a look at them fella, but if its on sims old car then he didnt even get the paint code from it! so it may be more awkward.

if you brought it over to me i throughout the day i could poss get a paint match..
and we can speak more then lol
