You know when you have a problem thats driving you mad and really gets under your skin and someone says something to be funny
that doesnt help......
Probably setting myself up here but really after some genuine help.
But yeay spyke water ha ha

could be the water feed for the rear washer? it goes down the drivers side of the car and there is a non return valve around the rear speaker area.

you will have to take the upper trim off to check it.

Oh thankyou i'll have a look tomorrow, water is only on driverside where tool kit is and looks like its running into sparewheel well
where it stays.Thanks

well taking all the trim out of that side will let you check that and the sunroof drain, it should be one of those things causing it.

check your rear arches i had this when i first got it and there was a 50p size hole in the arch, it got welded and all was cured, just a suggestion mate

I bet you spray water into the gap on top between the roof and the bootlid when you wash the car.

It forces water under the seal that runs into the boot.

When you originally sealed the rear lights was everything dry when it was put back together ? Eg: carpets, puddles in the wheel well ? Any build up of water will cause condensation to build up and make things wet.

have had brand new arch panel welded in
about 6months ago so not sure no rust anywhere
and i epoxy resined the floor underneath.
really confused made sure everything was dry before
trsealing lights and has been dry for about a month then
this morning while looking in boot for something
water again?????
was only about quater of a tea cup but still not wanted.

try the rubber seal around your bootlid make sure its seated correctly. my drivers side door doesnt seat together sometimes and the next day the car feels damp and alot off condensation inside

i am havin the same problem on my almera 05 hatchback, i have removed all the panels and upholstery in the boot

i have also sealed the boot seal and the two rubber seals at the top of the opening.
i then used an air hose to blow all the water from the panels,

i only pour water around the boot lid, so its narrowed down to this opening,
The water is still coming in slowly, but this could be water that is lodged in the panels,

i will have to wait to see what happens tomorrow

3weeks with empty boot no water even after driving on motorway in a down pour, nothing.
Put the floor carpet and sub bak in and awaiting the water returning.
