N16 Aircon Problems

Hi Guys

I've a W reg Almera with a very weak air con system. I had it serviced by a Nissan dealer last year but I wouldn't say it produced cold air - more like luke warm air

Is this true of Nissans as a whole, have I got a duff system

What say you?

hi i have the same problem in my Y reg almera N16 well mine it produces a little bit of cold air but not as cold as last year

i know why though mate well with air con you need to change the gas for it every 2 years so im gonna get mine done at halfords for £40 they put new gas in as there is only a bit left in mine but in yours i think it has run out
 
Thanks for your response - The air-con was recharged last year.
Maybe I have a leak - I've checked the fuses, they are ok - I can't hear any fans coming in when I press the aircon switch
