N16 Fan Blower Removal

Hi All,
New to the site but already finding plenty of useful tips!
Anyway, the problem I'm currently having is the Fan Blower in my car is making a horrible screeching sound, after maybe 10/15 mins at full blast it would go away, its progressively got worse so i decided to take a go at getting access to it and removing, I seen a video online of someone doing it in an n15 and it looks a hell of a lot easier,

So far I've removed the glove box, and all surrounds, and removed all screws/bolts holding it in (from what i can see) however I can't get it removed or pulled down far enough to remove the fan.

Just looking for some useful tips/guides for an n16, found a few threads on here but all for n15 or pre facelift n16 from what i can see so looking for some pointers!!

Replaced the pollen filter and removed the associated debris?

Problem is I can't get the actual housing removed to gain access, i can pull down the front section of it and can see the fan spinning, but cant get it fully removed to try replace/clean as I've seen be done in same video i mentioned above,I'll look at getting the Manual Online and see if any tips in that, Thanks for the reply.
