alright people,
having only passed my test in may, my misses gave me her 1.2 LS corsa! i drove that around for a few months till the head gasket blew in the middle of rush hour on a busy as fook road!
a mate of mine had an almera gti a few years ago an i loved it so i had to get one!
so the next day i saw a nice red (would have prefered black but hey) 1998 R 1.4 si for sale, so i turned up with a bit of cash, haggled hard and am now the proud owner!
lovely smooth engine, good body and clean interior, am dead chuffed!
only problem is the biting point is v high on the clutch, i saw a post on here bout adjusting it an wil probably give it a go. doesnt seem to be slipping so hoping its not a new clutch needed, is this a common thing on almeras??
thanks in advance!
