New member with a N16 Sport

Hey everyone, i'd like to introduce myself, i'm Luis from Madeira (Portugal). I've registered some while ago and got really interested in the modifications some have been doing to their N16, quite impressive. It's just a shame i can't access the parts and services you guys can find in the UK.

I'm posting because i have a small doubt, and i can't access the N16 mods section, i know i have to pay to have access to certain parts of the forum but the link i've followed isn't working.

The thing is, one of my door speakers has 'blown' (?) and i was wondering if anyone could advise me in a set of speakers that i could buy to place there. I am aware that the actual speakers have a specific casing for them, maybe there is some sort of universal casing? Either way i believe i can arrange some way to place a different set of speakers at the door. I'm just not sure what speakers to buy.

Welcome mate most sections you do need to pay too see , however its really worth it i saved alot of money!

Im not sure how the N16's speakers are but i know my N15 you have to make a new pate for the speakers to sit in.

Do you not have any car audio shops near you?

Oh and your English is better than most of the members on here!

we have stores that sell that kind of audio equipment, but the people who work there don't know much about my specific car audio. I once took one of my speakers and the guy sold me a pair of kenwood speakers that didn't have any bass.

i was just wondering, maybe someone here could have bought speakers, and could tell me wich to buy.

i've been this afternoon in the nissan parts shop, they said that they will be able to ship in the original speakers, for 90€ each. it's a bit expensive ?
