new to almera's

hi there all.
just bought a 98 gti- phase 2.
I guess these are getting quite rare now. Drove it back to Colchester from kent today, cracking little car. This one has 140k on the clock, powerflow exhaust and k&n induction.

looking forward to this forum. Does anyone know where I can get a short throw shifter?
 
Welcome to the club mate :)

Get some pics of the car up too so we can be nosey and the best place to get a short shifter is either Ebay or Gspec, some say that they're not too great i.e. they feel notchy but I can't say for myself as I've not had one
