Well guys i registered on here a few days ago but never got around to introducing myself.
Im an ex owner of a toyota starlet gt turbo which i made 223 bhp but sadly blew a pisotn ring and stripped the car to start a new project on another toyota starlet and hopefully get a 11 sec q/m run...

It was a track car in japan which i imported over and broke as i had one problem after another....
While in the process of planning my next project i needed a cheap run around car and my mate had this car for sale so thought why not
a 1996 almera 2.0 gti
Not much mods on the car besides some alloys, back box. hks grill, drilled and grooved front discs and i think its lowered (not sure on what as i havent had time to check)
Was planning on increasing the performance slightly but dont want to go too mad as my starlet project is my main focus atm, originally me and a mate waas thinking of dropping a pulsar engine in and i thought il join this site to gather as much infor as possible to see whats involved doing the conversion (If possible)
I dont have a big budget for this car (probably only aorund £1500) for mods but hey the cars driving fine even after 120k miles and thought what the heck a few little mods wont hurt.
Would appreciate any help at all i can get for this car guys
