hello newbie from wicklow. first time almera owner was mostly into starlet gt turbos.im looking for a bit of advice drivers side wheel bearing has a bit of play. the local garage said u cant just repace the bearing u need to replace the whole hub on almeras?this true or is he trying to get more money out of me.cheers

You can replace bearings, its only when stuff like abs sensors act up that its easier to replace the hub with one from the scrappies
 
alright cheers dont think it has abs. any ideas on the price of a new hub in the scrappies?might work out cheaper fitting a new hub myself then paying a garage to press a new bearing in.

What model? Usually €50 whenever I buy a replacement hub
