Newbie help with ECCS

Hi all,

I am hoping someone can help with my Almera 2.2 TDI 2003. I have a drain on the battery which stops when I remove the 20A ECCS fuse - problem is I dont know what the ECCS is/does and I cant seem to find anything. any help would be appreciated.

I believe the ECCS is Nissan speak for the ECU.

Sorry can't help beyond that!
