Stumbled on to the forum while trying to find a solution to a small problem which hopefully someone on here will be able to help with.
I have had my 53 plate Almera Tino 1.8 for about 7 years of mainly trouble free driving. Touch wood that will continue.
My problem is that I have a cd stuck in the player. I have been told that the whole dashboard has to come out to access this and the Nissan dealers will charge £100 plus to fix it! I can't believe this to be right, surely there must be an easier (and cheaper) way to fix it.
I have looked at YouTube and seen some video's and it looks relatively simple but my dash isn't the same as the ones on the videos

Just for clarity, D.I.Y for me means Destroy It Yourself, so any help needs to be idiot proof
