Hello,
New to being in an owners club .I have an N16.Had an N15 before this one.The knowledge most of you have about almera`s is amazing,really looking forward to being a member.How do I put up pics ???:confused:

Welcome to AOC mate, nice car. Don't see many N16 saloons.

To add photos stored on photobucket put your mouse over the picture you want in photobucket and some options like 'Direct Link' and 'HTML code' appear. Just copy and paste the line listed as 'IMG code' into your message here.
 
Welcome Paul - glad to see you've progressed from the old model :) (Cue howls of protest from all N15 Gti owners, lol !). Just kiddin' guys :lol:

Whoops, I followed the broken image you posted and could have sworn the gallery I found had a saloon in it. Wasn't very awake TBH. Your SXE looks really nice though.

p.s. in your image link you've got an extra I in the first tag which is why it's broken, I've removed it from the quoted version.
 
It's an SXE so where's you exhaust tip gone??!

Also which engine is it? The 1.8 or 2.2 DCi 136?
 
Pleased to see N16's are on the up......everyone knows everything, apart from me, I know nothing! Welcome anyways.
 
its a 1.5 petrol.thats the way the exhausts come here,have added a screw on tip to it now tough,looks a lot better.

Strange. In the UK the SXE only came with the 1.8 and 136 diesel. SVE had all the engine options incl. the 1.5 but a lesser trim. I wonder why they did it differently in Ireland :confused:
 
like everything else,we do everything else assways over here.makes a change tough,we always get lesser spec on cars here compared to uk models.
 
Yeah it's kinda cross between an SVE and the SXE. You get skirts, spoiler and fogs, but no exhaust tip and with a 1.5 :lol: UK SXE also came with leather steering wheel, satnav/colour screen and traction control. Got those?

Mine's doesn't have traction control Ed :confused:
 
Really?! What about electronic brake distribution (EBD) with your ABS?
