Nissan Almera Interior light help please

Hi, I'm new to the forum as I have just bought a Nissan Almera last week. It's a 2003 reg S model.

I was looking at the interior lights and noticed that out of the 3 lights, there was only 1 bulb in the middle like the pictures attached.

Could someone please tell me what the part number/ bulb number is for the other 2 lights on the side. Thanks

Welcome

Looks like there is no switches for the side ones anyway, so putting bulbs in there will probably do nothing.

Welcome- ^^ What he said pretty much, theres not even bulb holders, you'd have to find a N16 that had it and put it in yours man

Thanks for the replies.

The switch moves in 3 different positions, suggesting that there should be lights. Also I can't seem switch on any light while I'm driving. The middle light only comes on when I switch off the engine for 30 seconds.

Hmmm...someone with an N16 may confirm.

If i remember correctly the bulbs are called festoon and you just have the measure the length ie. 32mm

Should be on ebay etc.

The switch would probably come standard to all models but only some units with have the side lights fitted, like the higher end model almera

If bulbs dont go there, then does anyone know why the button has 3 different positions and also does anyone know how I can use the light while I am driving???

Finally, one I can help with!
1-always off
2-on shortly when door open/close
3-always on.

I think. try it.

As sadaf says.

Higher spec models come with reading lights either side of the courtesy light but yours hasnt got the switches or the bulb holders so wont work. You could try getting a light unit from a higher spec model and hope the connectors are the same.

Thanks for all the replies. It was just a loose connection lol. I shook the light a bit and now it seems to work fine :)

Also I have just noticed that there is only one reverse light at the back. Is this normal?
