Thats them really cheap units from the states. It`s a sleeve kit that fits over the dampers. Steer well clear!

Does anyone know if the springs are any good on these? and are they lowering springs? The ones on my car are rusty and I'd like to change them for shiny new ones...is there any chance these aren't complete shite?

Also will the collar thing cover the damper to the bottom of the cup? The rubber sheaths on mine are perished quite badly and are virtually non exisitant...just want something to protect the damper from weathering. If not, can the rubber sheaths be replaced easily?

they're absolute shite. really, don't even consider them however shiney they are.

there's a daiyama coilover group buy going atm, and they're available with in car damping adjustment. 10 needed, so far there's 2 names.
 
ok will steer clear then thanks :) I really want those coilovers but unfortunately there's no way I can afford them at the minute even though they are a bargain! :( will stick with the rusty lowering springs and try painting them.

but I know they're there ;) :P not really that bothered, just dont want them to end up rusting through really. Do you know if you can replace the rubber sheaths on the dampers?
