no newbie just missing my mera

I just wanted to say how much looking at the members section makes me miss my blue si, A little 17 year old shit wrote it off for me (and his mums corsa)after doing a handbrake turn infront of me and losing control. That was about a year ago now and i tell you what, that was the best car i've owned, it got a good thrashing everyday and no complaints, it passed EVERY mot with nothing to even watch. Ok it wasn't the fastest car in the world but wind the revs up and it shifted ok.

I now drive a Very boring 2.0l mondeo saloon,which is faster granted but has no character what soever.

SO, i've decided to revert back to nissan power :D
I'm now looking for an sri just so its not such a power shock, but was wondering if the bumpers differ between si's and sri's? because i liked the look of my old one.

If you guys could keep your ears to the ground and let me know if you see or hear of anything decent for sale.

P.S its gotta be a 5door
 
I think the Si and Sri have exactly the same bumpers but the SRi has a lip at the bottom of the front bumper which looks really nice

Why would anyone let a 17yr old show you a handbrake in your car btw?
Thats asking for trouble lol
 
must have been the different phases thats confusing me, mine was a phase 2.

The little prick was coming towards me on otherside of the road and skidded into my lane leaving me nowhere to go but into the back of him.

i think he means that this 17 year old was driving the corsa that was mentioned?

Si & SRi have the same bumpers as mentioned, look good!
 
Ohh yea, sorry GMAN i thought you meant you let a 17yr old do a handbrake turn in your car and write it off...i was like huh?? how stupid.
 
only person that drives mine is me and thats the way its staying. girlfriend haresses the hell out of me to get her insured. SHE HASNT GOT A CHAnCE! :lol:
