Hi all,
My N16 sxe has developed a strange "sucking/waterlike" noise coming from behind the dashboard area when I accelerate, it starts around 2000rpm, doesn`t seem to affect performance but is worrying!!
I cannot make the noise happen when the clutch is depressed or car in neutral/standstill, so it`s only happening when under load/in gear?
Can anyone help? I cannot see or hear anything obvious under the bonnet, but as described above the noise isn`t there when stationary?
