oil pressure sender; location?

Standing at the front of the car (almera gti) where is the oil pressure sender located? I am wanting to maybe get a nissport adapton and fit an aftermarket gauge

Behind the oil filter housing back of engine bay.. if on car ramp can be accessed from underneath. Was first thing I replaced on mine as was leaking

Yeah if you get a T-piece and run the feed off the extra outlet

Yes, the SR has a funny thread so be aware. Use a stainless adapter as brass ones can snap.

1/8 bsp.

Beware of american adapters, they are often 1/8 npt

Should imagine its a taper thread also. Seals on the threads rather than the mating faces of fitting and block.
