p1 fogs on p2?

Would the foglights from a phase1 gti fit in a phase2 gti bumper?

i`m sure that steve`o has got p1`s in his p2 bumper, the reason i`m sure is, i asked the same question a while back, and i am certain he said he put his p1`s in a p2 bumper. but PLEASE don`t quote me on that.

:lol:, whoops I just did, Im sure some one bought some yonks ago, and they didnt fit, maybes some one else will have to clear this one up? Or maybes do a search.........

yea they do fit i put my p1 n my p2 on my old gti , cnt remeber if they fit perfectly but they do fit

yes they definatly fit i've done it did'nt even think about them not fitting here's the pic
And yes they are phase 1 fogs just look like phase 2 on the pic

it`s hard to be perfect 24hrs a day, 7 days a week steve, i often find myself telling people at work the very same thing.
